Positive: We love this hotel, we stopped in it last year. The staff are lovely and the food is amazing, we had half board. The selection of food for breakfast and evening meal is fab and to have wine included is great.

Positive: Location and the hotel is great, almost ski in/out and the staff are friendly and helpful and made the stay enjoyable. Easy to get about due to location.

Negative: You feel like your being gouged and the small things are missing, no water machines or a central area to get water hot and cold, no tea or coffee, the breakfast hot food was cold, the variety was great, anything hot had to be microwaved, not good!! Rooms seriously need an upgrade, there tied and old and really missing the basics, no fridge, not tea/coffee facilities, old TV, and basics channels, carpets old and dirty.

Summary: Andorra is a great ski resort for everyone, hotel so so, great location, must see area!!
