3 Bedroom House in Diamond Beach, Wildwood Crest

Enjoy Diamond Beach's beautiful bay sunset views from the covered front porch and still be close to the ocean on this narrow portion of the island. Relax on the comfortable rear deck on a quiet, dead end street.
The updated kitchen features gas cooktop and pots/pans/dishes, etc. Large living area is comfortably furnished around a flat screen TV. Dining area has seating for 6. Sliding glass door lets in sunlight and opens on to the back deck.
Large master bedroom has a king size bed with TV and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The third floor open loft bedroom (with 2 half walls) has a queen size bed and AC booster. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan. New stacked washer/dryer 2023. PLEASE NOTE: this 3-story unit has 3 sets of interior stairs. If stairs are an issue for you, please make this consideration.
Home is equipped with Xfinity cable and we have password protected Wi-Fi for all of your devices.
This spotless townhouse is a quiet and relaxing getaway just 4 blocks from the beach (see aerial photo) where in-season The Club at Diamond Beach is open with food trucks, bar and restrooms (theclubatdiamondbeach.com). Also located just minutes from major attractions of Wildwood and Cape May, any coastal activity you would want is close by. Just across the street is Harbor Light Golf where you can play mini golf, rent bicycles or enjoy some ice cream in season- there's so much to do in Diamond Beach! Rental includes use of (6) tags to the private beach club at the end of our street.
Other Activities: Wildwood Boardwalk, Water Parks, Boating/Water Sports, Cape May Shopping and Dining, Cape May Lewes Ferry to Rehoboth Beach/Shopping Outlets, Free Cape May Zoo, various local wineries and breweries.
*Tenants will need to bring sheets, towels, toiletries and groceries. Professional cleaning will be completed shortly after your departure.
We do NOT allow pets, so please do not inquire about bringing a pet. Thank you.
Disclosures:
Owners have a pet that will stay on occasion at the premises which may or may not be within (2) weeks of a rental period. Pet is limited to the main floor area and unit is professionally cleaned after each stay.
Unit has (2) exterior security cameras @ the front door facing towards the parking spots and @ the back deck (facing towards the back gate). There are no cameras inside the unit or facing inside the unit at any time.
*2025: Minimum Stay 7 nights (5/31/24-8/23/24), otherwise minimum stay is 3 nights.

Summary: I was so happy to have this time away with my boys & the Diamond Beach townhouse was perfect for a slightly quieter Wildwood experience. Walking distance to beach, dining and mini golf and my boys were able to bike to the boardwalk. Also a short ride to Cape May. The property was spotless, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The wagon was ideal for lugging all our stuff to the beach. JoAnn was very responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Staying here allowed us to go to Diamond Beach, which we found very clean and uncrowded. The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood and was in a great location for our activities: about a 10 minute walk (or 2-minute car ride) to Diamond Beach and short drives to restaurants, stores and attractions in both the Wildwoods and Cape May. The property is immaculately clean and well-maintained inside and out, very comfortable for relaxing, and its size, amenities, conveniences and layout were perfect for our group of 6 adults. We were very happy here and totally pleased we found this place!

Summary: We loved our week at the townhouse! The neighborhood is quiet, we could walk to the beach, and we were close to everything we wanted to do. The place was clean and bright, and the beds were nice and comfortable; I did not have any trouble sleeping even though I wasn’t home. Central air kept us cool. The kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking, and plenty of bathrooms are always a big plus for us. Host was very communicative but not intrusive. Townhouse was beautifully and simply decorated. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: This property really helped us have a great family vacation. The owners (JoAnn) was fantastic - answering our questions and the instructions for the place were simple and clear. We spent time in Cape May, WildWoods, Atlantic City and there was plenty of good stuff to do and places to enjoy excellent food. The beach passes made the trips there really convenient and the surf did not disappoint. The unit itself was clean with all the needed amenities for a stress-free vacation.
