The upstairs boasts three bedrooms (one with king sized bed, one queen, and a bunk room). There are two full bathrooms, full kitchen, living area and dining room.
The basement has two bedrooms (one king, one queen), pool table, arcade games, kitchenette, four tv's, Roku with streaming options, full bathroom with soaking tub and shower, and a pull-out couch in the living. This basement space has a keyless entry.

Any smoking of any substance INSIDE THE HOME (cigarettes, vape, pot, cigars, etc) will incur a $250 aeration fee, non negotiable.

Summary: The house was perfect for our family, we were all able to stay together in our own rooms which was great! We had time to relax with each other and enjoy our time together. The conversations I had with Anna were great, she answered my questions and worked with us and was a great host!! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!!

Summary: Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood! Lots of room for kids to play. Comfortable beds. Decent sized kitchen gave us the freedom to make Thanksgiving dinner. Felt like home away from home. It was too cold to use the outdoor amenities, but the deck was beautiful. When I messaged the property owner, they responded quickly.

Summary: Location was perfect for our group. Only complaint is bunk beds. The mattresses are not good and need to be replaced. Never been in a house with so many TV’s. It was clean and accurately described in listing. So wonderful that hosts provided coffee. Many hosts do not.
