Summary: We (8 adults and 2 grandkids) had a delightful time at the Severna property. First and foremost I want to recognize Melissa who was our contact at iTrip. She is "fabulous" sums it up succinctly. She was very responsive, always understood our concerns and issues, and promptly addressed them - one cannot ask for anything more. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner for a short while and he is a thorough gentleman. Everything was what we hoped for and if I had to make a recommendation it would be that the owner's check out the mattresses. You may find it prudent to replace some. There is a park within walking distance and the kids had fun playing, walking and shooting hoops. All stores were nearby which made life easy in case we needed something at the last minute. Great location, lovely home and outstanding management company.

Summary: This home is so beautiful and is perfect for spending time with family and entertaining guest. We all felt right at home when we arrived and we didn’t want to leave. We enjoyed gathering eggs from the chickens and playing pool in the man cave. Traffic wasn’t bad going to the academy and the stadium for graduation. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the basement game room was obviously a big hit with everyone. Our grand-daughter had fun with the Chickens as well. The house had everything you need for a stay, whether eating in or going to local restaurants. There were plenty of rooms with comfortable beds. One comment is that the Keurig coffee pot may be on its last leg.

Summary: There were challenges with rainstorms and leaks but hopefully those can be fixed. Other than that, the house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.
