Summary: The property is beautiful there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was great and the tables inside and out were big enough for playing cards and dominoes. Less than a mile from family which made meals and visiting very easy.

Summary: Very cute house, property management was great and responsive. However, the home was NOT CLEAN. The floors were filthy, you could not walk without shoes on. There were several electrical outlets without covers low enough for children to touch. The kitchen was not clean. The bathrooms were "surface" cleaned but floors, and toilet areas were not. The yard has many hazards throughout the area. Nails, screws, broken items all on the ground. Pool was clean. I use VRBO frequently and I don't want to leave a bad review. With proper deep cleaning, this would be a great place to stay. I really hope they find new cleaners for this property.

Summary: Overall the stay was very awesome the host communication is very good. The only thing that I had a little issue with was just that the backyard had overgrown grass coming from the ground but everything else was good.
