Positive: Friendly and welcoming. Good food choice and quality in the restaurant. Comfortable bed. Spacious room and en suite.

Negative: More information in the room about how the hotel works, eg where the restaurant is and how to order. Soundproofing not brilliant so may be quite noisy if there is a wedding on.

Positive: The hotel is in a quaint little location. We had a comfortablly sized room, it was a pleasant surprise to have a little extra in the form of complementary chocolate covered strawberries (we stayed on Valentine's day)! The breakfast was exellent an there are some nice walking routes around the area too.

Negative: Can only be approached by car/taxi (wasn't an issue for us but it might be for some).

Positive: Very nice room, warm and comfortable, nice modern bathroom

Negative: Breakfast was forgotten on two of the days, on the last day was informed that there would be no-one around on the morning of check out but did not mention breakfast which we should have got so didn't have it.
