Summary: Overall our stay was nice. The only thing i think that needs addressing is the furniture. The furniture was very uncomfortable. From the couch that you sank into and couldn't get comfortable in, to the chair where the cushion always slid off. I highly recommend replacing with something more comfortable and relaxing

Summary: The check in process was a little bit of a scare at first when we were given the code and wasn’t able to get in due to the code not working. I immediately reached out and within minutes it was fixed and I was able to get in! This place was very beautiful and cozy! The neighborhood is great! We would definitely book and recommend friends and family who plan on visiting the area!

Summary: When I first arrived, I noticed that it west away from road unlike any of the other homes on that street, As I walked up the round Pathway leading to the door I was flabbergasted as I opened the door to find a beautiful serene and majestic home, away from home.. And to my surprise, it was much larger, then I was expecting. Particularly, I was very impressed with the den/laundry room in the rear of the home, very open and peaceful. The only thing I can say I would complain about would be the narrow stairwell which I had fallen down and boy. Did I take a good fall, I was caring several items and I had socks on the hard wood was of course, slippery and I made it about 4 steps down and I completely slipped down the rest. Knocking my self into the falls. And Pulling a large number of muscles in my back and left leg. It was my fault as I should have been more careful so that is the only issue I would have with the whole entire home other than that. I had a beautiful stay and would do it all over again.

Summary: We had absolutely no problems booking, the stay, But then once we were there, they canceled. Our reservation gave us back our money and we had to rebook. But then we were there approximately 5 days and they canceled the reservation once again and said that they were going to credit our accounts but did not. Summary: A compact quaint house that fit our needs well. I felt it did lack some curb appeal, with dead leaves, sticks and spider webs on front porch and dead tree branches in fence row, bushes and along walk ways. Neighborhood was quiet and close to many of the things that we came to Springfield to enjoy.

Summary: We chose based on location. And as described, it is by a hospital…but Life Flight chopper’s pad and pad are less than a block away! Other issues were liquor bottle, cigarette butts, and broken glass in backyard…know this as seating is the stoop or an old foundation wall. Only had 1/2 roll toilet paper…extras not found in house!…supplied our own! Finally, take out trash as listed in checkout, but no outside receptacle! Hope Walgreens didn’t mind, but we did buy the tp there, so! Won’t use again. Did I mention my partner had to find fuse box as outlets didn’t work?!
