Summary: It was great with parking and breakfast but there was a dog in the next room where we were at the third floor. We could have been placed in the fourth floor or the person with a dog could have been placed in the lower floors.

Summary: The facility and staff were very good. We enjoyed the pool, but wished there was a hot tub and a clock. We were 5 minutes late for breakfast and it was all packed up except for the dregs at the bottom of the oatmeal pot. We were able to top it with fruit, nuts, peanut butter, and brown sugar, so not a total waste, but we were still sad to miss the rest.

Summary: Came in for orientation, had to add a day to the reservation at the last minute. The staff was incredibly helpful in getting this accomplished for me. I didn't have to check out and check back in, they took care of everything. Very seamless. The property was incredibly clean and well kept in all the public spaces. Our room was good sized and quiet. We couldn't hear anything around us, in other rooms. The proximity of the hotel is just on the edge of town but close enough to get anywhere quickly by car. With my kid going to college in Ames we will be choosing this hotel first every time.

Summary: The SpringHill Suites we stayed at during this trip my partner has declared that we are SpringHill Suites people from now on. Giant (clean) rooms, fast wifi, good breakfast options for barely over $100? Can’t beat it.
