Summary: I was locked in my room for 30 minutes - the front desk phone did not pick up my calls and I had to call 911 who sent state police to the hotel to alert the staff to help me get out of the room. I am awaiting a refund from Marriott.

Summary: Overall everything was clean. Except for the carpet. Our feet were black from how dirty the rugs were. We ended up having to walk around in shoes. Everything was great though

Summary: We checked in evening after being at a basketball tournament all day. We had to go back out for another game when we returned at night, we attempted to take showers in the water with cold. When we placed a call to the front desk they responded with that has been a problem on and off for several weeks. I let them know that they never informed us at check-in of this issue. Because of this, my son had to take an ice cold shower after playing basketball all day. The next morning, I called back the front desk to state that this is a real issue and asked if there were any other options for us another room that may have had hot water. The person at the front desk responded that the only other option is to go over to a sister property and utilize a shower there which was not an option for my family as we were leaving to go to another basketball game. I am very disappointed that this property took our money and and did not mention this issue at check in. I have made a formal complaint to Marriott. Than you

Summary: It was a mediocre hotel. The breakfast wasn’t great. Even though our room wasn’t booked, they didn’t give us a late checkout.

Summary: The only problem during my at the hotel arranged by the Alumni Association of Groton School for our reunion weekend was that I had volunteered to be the pickup person at Logan Airport in Boston and had three persons to pick up, the first one ag 10am, the last at 1:30. During my wait I was informed of my need to return home to New Jersey that day, and at check out at about 2:30 was informed by the desk that I would be charged for Friday night as well as Thursday. I realize it was a “late” checkout, but had not expected to be charged for Friday night as I was sure the hotel would get a weekend reservation to cover that. But the charge was made. Not happy about that.

Summary: There were many youth groups at the hotel up all night. They were running up and down the hallways, yelling all night and banging on our door. We did not have a good nights sleep or good experience.
