Summary: Every Springhill suites impresses me, but this one wowed me! From check in to check out, the service was outstanding. The girl at the front desk even came to my room to help me get my computer hooked to the Wi-Fi. That’s above and beyond service!! my son had so much fun on the waterslides and playing in the pool. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

Summary: No hot water in my room for two days. Bathroom outlet didn’t work. Also outlet by the bed didn’t work. Wasn’t able to charge my phone at night, so phone died, and cause me to oversleep. Used the hot tub, and had to take a cold shower after. Very few channels to watch on TV. For $400 plus for 2 nights you should have hot water and full cable at least! Hotel would not give any compensation because I didn’t complain until check out!

Summary: It was nice. Service was great. The room and hotel were clean and modern. Breakfast was very good.The door on the room we stayed in (115) was VERY hard to open. We thought we were locked in from the inside. The quiet hours starting at 10pm were not enforced. Kids were yelling and running up and down the hallways until 1130pm. The rooms were not sound proof.

Summary: Great hotel! Rooms were clean. Pool was clean, had a kiddy pool and a slide for older kids. The hot tub was a great size and very clean. Area was great, safe. Parking was free and easy. Overall great stay!

Summary: Great nee hotel next to a nice golf facility and biwling alley. Grocery store next door. Next to I29 to get olaces quick. Big room. I would stay here again with my family.
