Summary: Stayed at SpringHill Suites by Marriott recently. The hotel was under renovation, so the lobby was boarded up, which wasn’t ideal. But the room was super clean and comfy, and breakfast was actually pretty good. The area has tons of restaurants, so that was a big plus. Overall, a solid stay despite the construction!

Summary: I was there for my church conference. From setting up my stay to letting me leave late by couple of hours, the staff was great. Ms. Mahogany, Julia, Krystal, Crystal and one person on late night front desk duty were all so awesome. My brother had to stay in the room while i was there, but he was comfortable the whole time. The shower was great and easy for him to use. I can't say enough about everyone. I am truly for grateful to your whole staff. Thank you for everything. See you sooner than later.

Summary: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and great assortment of choices. Interior of elevators and hallways (floors 1 & 2) a little worse for wear. Floor 3 looked nicer, as did my room. Lower step-in bathtub for for mobility challenged nicely done. However, there was a strange smell in the room that reminded me of the pillow section at Ross Stores. Also, rusty, loose screws in the bathtub fold-down chair. I didn't need the seat, so I informed front desk at check out.

Summary: We were honestly disappointed with our stay here. It seemed very run down and old which is surprising for a Marriot hotel. Our room had very low water pressure and no hot water as well. We would not stay here again.
