Summary: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—very convenient for everything I needed. They provided a hot breakfast each morning, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. Although the hotel was undergoing some maintenance and upgrades during my stay, it didn’t interfere with my experience at all. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

Summary: No room service if you stayed multiple nights so you had to go to front desk every night to get clean towels.No hot water or coffee refills at concierge during evening hours. Breakfast menu was good.

Summary: Booked a king room, not available when I got there 30 minutes later. Hotel employee blamed Expedia. Expedia said they'd resolve the issue overnight, but in the morning said since I accepted a queen bed (rather than sleep in my car), there was nothing they could do. Front desk clerk didn't bother to talk to me or ask how my stay was, just said leave the key and we'll email you a receipt. Didn't get anything. First and last experience with both Expedia and Springhill Suites. Never again.
