Positive: Great location, good facilities, clean rooms, welcoming and accommodating staff
Negative: For us it was parking and the high deposit charge expected but only because we stayed for 18 nights! That said we negotiated both and we very happy with the outcome. Thanks Jacob

Positive: The description was no where near what they have on the premises. The amount of pools and activities is insane. It was a great choice and I would go back many times over.

Positive: Loved the pool and beach access. Loved the big balconies and view. We stayed on the 11 th it was perfect spacious bathrooms. Walking distance of everything.
Negative: The girl at the front desk overcharged me FYI I had prepaid everything through booking and then argued with me clicked the wrong button and charged me for the rooms on top of deposit and parking fee.Got the manager involved and she said she handle it at checkout. That manager Corey didn't show up so another manager had to deal with it but wouldn't come out the back office. I had to deal with this young black girl who had attitude and was just rude. So I left the money got refunded in 5 days and the correct amount came out. I was about to give this hotel a one star due to the inconvenience of the staff not knowing how to do there job but since I got my money back I had no other issues other than the toilet paper holder was broken.
