Positive: The comfort and the spacious rooms were really good!
Negative: The staff could've been efficient, the whole check-in took more than an hour unnecessarily by not so technical staff especially in the payment. The property was charging 27$ / day for parking which is really expensive and it wasn't mentioned anywhere until you get to the main lobby

Negative: Front desk staff. Called the day before and asked about checking in earlier which the man said I could do. When we got there I was not allowed and the lady was very rude about it.

Positive: The location couldn't be better. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The rooms are spacious and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Daytime staff were great!
Negative: I didn't have hot water in my room. The water temp only reached like warm. Bathroom could use some updating. Night time staff was pretty rude.
