Summary: This is a newer hotel and it is spotless. It is a nice breakfast bread and parking is free and the location is so convenient. I love this hotel and I will be back. It has a sister hotel next-door. The only thing I noticed was the hot tub wasn’t working. But the pool grounds were spectacular. I could not believe I only paid 140 something bucks a night I stayed at a Larkspur down the road and it was terrible an older building rundown and I paid twice as much. I will definitely be returning.

Summary: We traveled to Pleasanton with our crew for the alameda county fair. The springhill suites did not disappoint. It was clean, family friendly, and provided a great hot breakfast. We will be back

Summary: Great breakfast and clean and modern facility. Only minor snag was they only make up room every other day and they missed our room on day 2. Highly recommended for east Bay Area or as jump off point for SF and Napa area.

Summary: The front desk attendant (we assume) couldn’t find our reservation and then ended up checking us in as someone else we also assume, she told my husband that we hadn’t paid via Expedia and had him pay. When I got involved she was so rude. I explained we hadn’t used Expedia and she was insistent it was Expedia, the bed details she told us were wrong too and I pressed we had paid through hotels.com and told her the proper bed arrangements and without even apologizing just kept typing away. I showed her my receipt and eventually we got door cards. I asked about the refund and she said we’d get it back. Never even a sorry. Definitely the worst costumer service experience I’ve had at a hotel.

Summary: Very clean and super helpful, kind staff. The staff at breakfast we're the greatest, most kind people. Only thing was the hot tub was luke warm. Otherwise fabulous stay!
