Summary: The hotel is not well maintained. They need to pay attention to details by cleaning corners and touching up paint on edges. My room was not cleaned well. For instance, the ottoman had a wood tray on top of it, and both the tray and ottoman were not cleaned properly. The worst thing I encountered was that the extra pillow that was in a plastic bag with a blanket was heavily soiled. If housekeeping had examined it, the person would have easily noticed that it was soiled. It makes me wonder how often they clean the rooms. Finally, no one came to the room in two days to check to see if we needed replacement towels. We had to go to the front desk to request new towels. When housekeeping did come that day, they only left us one face towel. Really?!

Summary: When we checked in the hotel system was down, even though we pre-checked in online. We had to check in the old-school way on paper application,, but with the excellent customer service, it was taken care of promptly. After filling out the paper application, we were walked up to our hotel room. We received our keys shortly after. The room was clean the, heating system in the room we could never get set to a comfortable temperature and a puddle of condensation / water was on top of the heating cooling system.

Summary: The room was amazing. Super clean. One bathing room and one bathroom. The desk was a great size, bedding clean and fresh and beds comfortable. We missed breakfast sleeping in. Staff was super welcoming! Location was great just of of the interstate.
