Negative: I gave special instructions upfront, shared my business card as well and requested an invoice on my company name based on the credit card used to pay for the stay. None of the staff members followed my request even after acknowledging the request.

Negative: Small rooms and tiny bathrooms for 3 people. The shower dripped the whole time and parts of the shower looked like something was pulled off the wall and not repaired.

Positive: The staff is amazing! Luisa is the best. She was so friendly and pleasant. Hotel was so close to Chase field and they shuttled us to the game and back. Saved us from walking in the heat!
Negative: It was perfect. There are no complaints from us. Room was clean and spacious. Location was great.

Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast had a lot of choices and was kept clean and well stocked, and the location was perfect for attending a game at Chase Field. The shuttle is a great perk, too!
Negative: The pillows weren't great and I woke up with a headache because of it. One of the elevators was broken and our room was on the 5th floor, so that wasn't great. We just took the stairs instead of waiting (except when we had luggage).
