Positive: overall breakfast , and hotel staff where amazing. aside from little hickup it was a pleasant experiance! real clean and comfy spot!
Negative: tissue box and shampoo ran out before the first night was done. hotel was booked mainly because of hot tub and hot tub was causion tapped off. pool and areas all looked clean!
Summary: Great people, they did the best they could food in the morning was good!

Positive: The hotel location is really near the airport. It takes around 5 minutes for the airport pickup service. The shuttle bus can do drop-off/pickup at Walmart nearby.

Positive: Upon checkin we were told that there was only one reservation. I was told that they could not fix that I had to call Booking.com. There was no number listed to call. I did reach out by message on the Booking site, only to be told they would contact me the next day. I was told there were only two Queen suites left available. The male that worked at the front desk was not helpful at all. We had to pay out of pocket for the second room, which was later determined that the staff at Springhill did not look well. The second room was booked under her last name, Thomas. Even when I showed the confirmation number from Booking, they did not give us the prepaid room.
