Positive: The location for us was perfect since we were visiting friends about 5 miles away. The backyard was wonderful for the dogs. It was well kept and tidy. The fence was completely secure so the dogs could safely stay outside. Everything was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need to cook. Very grateful for the washer and dryer during our stay as well. There is a park about a 5-minute walk down the road, past the school. Palmer Park, literally right across the street, was great for trail running and going on little hikes with the dogs. Everything worked great for us!
Negative: Nothing can really be done about the location but it is not necessarily a place I would want to walk around at night (though the proximity to our friends was ideal). Though, it is difficult to get a full read on a place in just 4 days.
Summary: Spacious and clean; had everything we needed!

Negative: Had a little trouble with entry code, was able to use key that was available

Positive: Nice house, good neighborhood, roomy, big backyard, two parking spaces.
Negative: By level, stairs when entering front door, stairs up an down, to bedrooms, backyard, out front door. Washer room had no power, lights went out in kitchen, master bed was too firm. Had to replace batteries in motion activated kitchen faucet.
Summary: Refreshing. Weather was great. We are from Texas!!
