Your vacation home is just 10 minutes from the Air Force Academy's south gate, 10 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.
We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets under 50 pounds are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with all new Keurig coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, brand new stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Four bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and Two 55 in flat screen TV with a Xfinity, Wii with games, board games.
We also have a foldable crib available if needed.

Summary: Very clean, comfortable, home! Excellent communication from the host. Juice, Snacks and Coffee that was provided was appreciated. Hot Tub was a great addition! Plenty of towels for a large family and fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds, very clean! Nice having a garage to park in as it was cold and snowing. Convenient location to the springs and Garden of the Gods. We took a day and drove to the mountains for skiing. We are frequent visitors to the springs; we will definitely be staying here again!

Summary: We loved the house from the moment we entered! It was clean, spacious, and had all the extras of home and more to make it our home-away-from-home for a long weekend. You can see Pike's Peak from the kitchen window!! We hiked Garden of the Gods at the spur of the moment one morning - it's about 15 minutes away. The hot tub was amazing! Thanks for a great long weekend in the Springs!

Summary: By far the best host we have ever had! Chad notified me before areiving letting me know I could check in as early as possible and let us check out as late as we wanted to as the property was scheduled to be cleaned following day. Will stay here again if we have to go back
