Summary: Feel the place was so much more inviting than the actual listing or pictures described!! Mary and Jerry were so courteous and polite to work with! My whole party was happy with the furnishings and the accommodations!! Beautiful and well thought out property we will definitely be staying here again! The beds were so comfortable in fact the most comfortable we've slept on around this area and Holiday Island. Rest is so important when on vacay! Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality and flexibility!! You two are what make this place so wonderful!!

Summary: With our family traveling from five different states to celebrate a holiday together, it was great for to have a quiet and spacious place to get away. We loved the wrap around deck and beautiful sunrise views!

Summary: Our family enjoyed our time in Eureka Springs. The house was a beautiful place to stay as we explored some of the area attractions and spent some much needed time to relax. Jerry was great to work with as a host and was quick to respond to any question I had. I would not hesitant to stay here again in the future if the opportunity presented itself.

Summary: We had 2 couples staying in this property for 2 nights. Loved this house!! Very well done renovation. Plenty of space with 3 bedrooms - 2 of which had full bathrooms in them. 2 of the bedrooms are in the walkout basement. Living rooms upstairs and downstairs was great for separate TV watching - Sports on one and movie on the other. The decks are spectacular with only trees behind this property - no houses. Street was incredibly quiet. Pellet smoker grill was a great bonus!!

Summary: This wonderful home was perfect for our family get-together! The space was comfortable and accommodating for three adult couples. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back and our gatherings around the table and living spaces. Easy access to Eureka Springs and area. We will stay again.

Summary: First of all, this property is so beautiful and I can’t describe how amazing the view from the back balcony is! Actually the balcony is 2 levels, so we got to enjoy the view from the 1st and 2nd level of the house. We saw deer while we were siping coffee on 3 separate evenings as well as squirrels playing, wood peckers, & humming birds. My kids had just as much fun hanging in the cabin as they did swimming in the lake, which was great for me and my husband because at the end of the lake day we just wanted to hang out at the property, and my kids did not mind. They loved that they had their own area down stairs to call their own, so if they wanted to stay up and watch a movie it didn’t bother us. We enjoyed the lake everyday the drive to the marina closest to the house (where my oldest and my husband could fish) was less 5 min. Grocery’s are within a 5 min drive, and there is also a Dollar General in the same strip. We used the pool and basketball court that you will have access to as a guest at holiday island. Both were great and the country club is well taken care of and has super friendly staff. These are good people with a beautiful home to offer. We will be back in the future! I can’t brag enough on them! Plus hotbox pizza is a must!

Summary: Three adult couples were in the area for golf tournament. This house was perfect location for this event. Easy to get to Eureka Springs also for dinner at Amigos (which is great!) Squirrel Hollow was VERY clean and updated. We didn't cook but would have plenty of room to do so. The property owners were easy to communicate with and friendly.

Summary: We came for our yearly family trip to the VW show and needed a bigger house since our family has grown. The house was PERFECT!!! We sat out on the deck and watched the birds and squirrels and switched to the living room to watch Frozen…it’s difficult to please an almost 2 year old sometimes but the house had it all!! We laughed and played games and enjoyed the beautiful view…we live in the middle of the woods and we truly felt like we were the only ones around but we were close to everything! The house has everything you need as well so next time I know I don’t have to pack S&P even. This is such a great house and I’m so thankful we’ve found our new home away from home and will be staying again as soon as we can!
