Positive: Even though we didn’t stay in the place we originally booked, we absolutely loved the new apartment Balaji moved us to — it was even better than expected. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We requested a toaster and it was brought to us very quickly. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated, and the wardrobe was huge, with plenty of space for all our belongings. The caretaker (I can’t remember his name) was very kind and friendly. The area was peaceful and quiet — we loved that part. Highly recommended!!
Negative: We had some issues with the original apartment we booked. The AC was leaking in one of the bedrooms, and the bed was right underneath it. The biggest problem was the electricity failure in the building — some power points worked and some didn’t. Unfortunately, the ones that weren’t working were the ones connected to the AC and the TV, so we couldn’t sleep properly because it was extremely hot in the bedroom. We reported it, but there wasn’t much the staff could do as the problem was caused by nearby construction. Balaji (the supervisor/manager) was very proactive and arranged for us to be transferred to another building. Thank you, Balaji — we really appreciated the upgrade and loved the new place. Despite the initial issues, I still recommend this stay.

Positive: Amazing location & super near to town. House was very clean & so pleasant to stay in. The caretaker of property Hari was super helpful and patient with us. My family and I will definitely stay again.

Negative: A few things, breakfast was part of accommodation but not available to take orders before 9am. We had to leave before 9am so didn't have breakfast. Aircon was set at 26deg in the room and remote wasn't working, called reception but no one turned up.

Negative: The kitchen facilities could have been better with provison for appropriate and adequate utensils bearing in mind people come in from different parts of the country and the world. Kitchen facilities were therefore very inadequate.
