Positive: The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a decent breakfast provided in the morning. However, the breakfast is sourced from outside, resulting in delays in the morning.

Negative: The deluxe rooms are infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible for both the children and us to get a good night's sleep. Despite informing the hotel staff multiple times, the TV remote was not provided to us. Consequently, the kids were unable to use the TV.
