Positive: Great quality service and rooms. U gotta give them leeway as they are refurbishing the whole hotel. It didnt effect my stay one bit. No noisy works. Room quality is 100 so makes up for it

Negative: Breakfast was obviously mostly out of a tin I.e tomatoes, mushrooms etc. Toilet had blue cleaning product all over the seat.
Summary: Conveniently located with sweet staff but it lives up to its affordability with a budget feel.

Positive: Friendly & helpful staff. Nice sized room & comfortable bed & pillows. Decent hair dryer. Good option for a quick meal during the evening.
Negative: Cleanliness could be better - skirting boards, doors, bathroom cupboards seemed to be missed during cleaning - attention to detail needed. Air conditioning wasn't working in the room so it was very cold during my stay but reception made a note so that it could be fixed the next day.
Summary: Convenient location, ideal for a business stay.
