Negative: The heating/cooling wasn’t working. Had to order a fan to keep the room cool. Refrigerator in the room didn’t work. Had to throw out food.

Negative: Don’t like walking those stairs to our room. I wish they had a nice restaurant on site. Not just a bar and grill.
Summary: I was up all night because the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.
