Summary: The staff was very friendly and immensely helpful. The bartender was fabulous, the view was more than we could have wished for and the building was gorgeous. E couldn't have been happier with our stay at St. Clair!

Summary: Very clean hotel throughout from the lobby to the rooms and the outdoor pool. This is a great find on the waterfront with nice outdoor tables & chairs. Walking distance to several good restaurants. Check in was a breeze and the people are super friendly and accommodating.

Summary: Great place, in spite of the air conditioning system malfunction that kept the rooms at 62 degrees. The staff provided extra blankets and we had a good time in the beautiful surroundings. Great food, fun bar and big ships to watch.

Summary: The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated! The atmosphere was amazing and the Prohibition Bar was such a fun time! Mark creates the most delicious and interesting drinks. Omelets for breakfast at the Dive were also delicious. We would stay again!

Summary: The front desk clerk was absolutely welcoming and shared with us a lot of information. We loved staying there and appreciate everyone. St. Clair Inn will always be a place to go back to.

Summary: We'd heard great things about the St. Clair Inn and finally acted upon it. We arranged to meet friends from Canada during the weekend my band was playing at the Riverview Plaza across the street. The personal touch we received when booking our room, checking in, and finding our way around the property was nothing short of amazing! Kristina and her staff truly have a passion for what they do and we felt it. The room itself was beautiful and tastfully updated, and the pool deck was terrific. The icing on the cake was visiting their Prohibition Bar after our show....Bartender, Mark, was fantastic and shows a love for his craft...After listening to us describe our taste preferences, Mark recommended a little-known Detroit-origin cocktail, called a Last Word. He didn't disappoint and we thoroughly enjoyed the historic nightcap!

Summary: Temperature in the room was terrible. From too warm to freezing all night. Very small with the only option to sit on the bed. Room was clean but no microwave for leftovers and had to ask for ice. The shade on the window allowed sun to blast in first thing in the morning. Loud banging doors and people screaming at all hours. Not sufficient parking. Could not get a spot if you left the property. And the biggest issue was the pillows. No support at all like sleeping on a cotton ball.

Summary: This was a return visit to the Saint Clair Inn. We enjoyed our time as much as the first. The rooms are comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant. The food and service were excellent.

Summary: The place is beautiful. So very clean and the staff is very friendly. The location is wonderful. Watched the ships go through and was able to walk to many restaurants.
