Positive: Beautiful view over the harbour. Really well equipped, home from home, had everything you could possibly want.
Negative: It needed a blind or curtain in the bathroom.

Positive: Fabulous location, on the edge of Loch Broom with outstanding views and convenient for the shops and restaurants of central Ullapool. Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and utility, everything you could possibly need for a week's stay. Particularly enjoyed the view down the loch from the shower!
Negative: The information about the property on Booking.com is rather sparse, and I had various questions after booking. I raised them with owner and with booking.com via email, and even phoned booking.com customer services but never received a response. We'd paid in full in advance, so were left feeling that, as a result, no-one was really bothered about addressing our concerns. I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication lay, but it needs to be addressed
