Positive: What a great studio! Super clean, great decor, most comfortable bed. The kitchen was adequately stocked for our purposes. A small toaster oven was available for any cooking which was nice since there is no stove. Very quiet at night. We were met by the manager who was looking out for the safety of the area which is also a campground. The view of the St. John River from the balcony was great. We will definitely stay there again, and highly recommend this location.

Negative: A handrail going up the stairs would be nice.
