Summary: convenient to walk around town but not in the thick of it. comfortable beds. very nice staff. loved the heated pool with some jets as a great way to end the day. decent breakfast. wish they had better coffee / tea setup even a nespresso machine would go a long way. a slight decor refresh would go a long way but i would stay here again.

Summary: The whole staff was wonderful. They let us check in early when we arrived before a snowstorm. Great breakfast! Very clean and well-appointed rooms.

Summary: Excellent hostel environment with a great staff. Hang out in the lobby and you’ll meet some very interesting people! Free wine every day at 5 PM and the most gorgeous, perfectly heated pool I’ve ever experienced.

Summary: St. Moritz is not your typical hotel. It offers multiple sleeping options. This trip, I had a room with a private bathroom. There are options with shared single sex bathrooms as well (I have done that previously). My room was great, just off the pool. Very clean, comfortable bed and nice linens. Housekeeping was excellent. The grounds crew did a great job managing the snowfall. Very nice continental breakfast. Good quality food. Nothing elaborate, but it offers what you need for a good start to your day. Very European. Coffee and tea available anytime. The staff is top notch. They were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the Aspen area. (Special shoutout to Tom). Genuinely interested in your wellbeing and making sure you are having an enjoyable time. Common spaces (lounge with fireplace and piano, eating area, and outdoor pool and wonderful steam room) were great. These spaces facilitate, in a wonderful way, meeting many of the guests. This is a rare find in today’s abundance of dime a dozen bargain hotels and the $1000+ resorts. This was my second visit. I look forward to my return. Many of the guests I spoke with visit year after year. I think that says something.
