Summary: Nice could use some updating of kitchen and living room furniture. Cable tv would have been nice. Pool wasn’t maintained very well. I would give it a B+

Summary: Property was very well maintained, indoors was clean and comfortable and very accommodating for our large group. There is plenty of space to hang out in different room and not be on top of each other! It is very conveniently located with plenty of attactions and things to do. The owner was extremely accommodating to our needs and questions expecially since we had been driving for 21 hrs we were able to access the house a little earlier then check in. Over all we had a fantastic time and we would highly recommend renting this home and will be returning ourselves.

Summary: The house was spacious enough for 8 adults and 1 infant. It was in a great location for us as well, only being 20 minutes from the airport. My only complaint is that there was no pack and play provided for my 7 month old and we had to borrow one from my dad’s friend. But the host was nice and courtious, answered every question when asked! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Summary: The house was spacious for a family of 8, the neighbourhood is quiet and only 15mins from PIE airport. The only downside was the bathrooms, they're outdated and we had to wear slippers to the shower, I know the house is old but it really showed it in all the bathrooms. The owner was very prompt with responses both emails and texts. He kept in touch throughout the trip. He provided ample towels and the kitchen cabinets were stocked. We did our own cooking on 2 occasions especially breakfast, there's plenty of china cups and plates. We drove for 30mins to St. Pete beach and 40mins to clearwater beach.

Summary: Check in was super easy, the host was polite and professional. The home was clean and spacious and super relaxing! pet friendly so we were able to have our dogs, close to restaurants and a shopping. We enjoyed our quiet get-a-way! Would definitely return!
