Summary: Good room, spacious and fairly clean. Modern decor. I asked for a dream box as the tv tuner didn’t seem to work. Balcony in room 122 was probably the smallest I’d seen. We had the breakfast option and, all I’d say is, go early as it got (gets) very crowded. Food options were ok, nothing special and didn’t feel 5-star. I ordered an omelette and is was ok. Quite a lot of food options for kids. Bring your own tea bags as the tea served is very low quality. What let the hotel down was the lack of children’s activities compared to other similar hotels in the area. The playground needs a complete renovation.

Summary: Overall we were very happy with the staff and hotel. However the waiting time for a drink in the captain’s bar was far too long. On average some time up to 15-20 minutes. The system for ordering and delivering needs to be changed.

Summary: Second visit and we weren’t disappointed. All staff friendly, welcoming. Lovely big room. Pool areas looked lovely but our preference was the beach. Splash is great for lunch, food freshly made and great service

Summary: This was our second visit and I have to say that stuff the old stuff that I remember from the trip two years ago is extremely nice but the new staff specially at the restaurant they they are mean sometimes they don’t know the menu at least this is how I felt
