This lovely 4 bedroom rammed earth house is ideally located to explore the Blackwood regions wine and fine foods suitable for guest 12yrs and over.
The house is situated to take advantage of the scenic views overlooking farmlands and is totally private should you wish to spend time taking in the view under the pergola or cool down in the pool during a warm summer's day.
During winter relax with a crackling log fire keeping you warm whilst having a glass of local wine and cheese or a cup of tea.
The house also comes with a television, complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, air fryer and a laundry equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer for those longer stays.

Summary: This place exceeded our expectations. The view, the architecture, the burning fireplace and hand crafted chocolates upon arrival and welcoming hosts. Well stocked with everything you need in one place. Just beautiful. (Not a criticism but a suggestion to add a few more hooks in the bathroom and possibly a tiny drying rack during winter - unless we didn’t see it). Bird watching and rolling hills was medicinal… Would definitely come back again…

Summary: The photos don't do it justice. It's a lovely, spacious house in a nice spot. Being the middle of Winter, we didn't go near the pool but defiantly enjoyed the fire. Hope to stay again.

Summary: Peter and Vicki were super friendly hosts. The ‘cottage’ is beautiful, with everything you need. Slept so well in the comfortable bed. Even though it was cold we stayed toasty warm with the wood fire. Was the perfect base to explore Baylingup, Nannup and Bridgetown.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay over the long weekend. The property was well equipped, the beds were so comfortable and the fire was perfect for the stormy weather. We arrived to some delicious local treats and the fire already on which was very thoughtful.

Summary: We went down to celebrate a milestone anniversary and we hoped for a place to rest and relax together. Peter and Vicki were the perfect hosts. We had all the information and support necessary while being given the absolute maximum amount of privacy. Peter was more than willing to help, have a chat and give us information about anything. The property is lovely, well equipped and overlooking paddocks, grazing cows and chirping birds. The pool is the perfect way to cool off when it gets hot. And we were welcomed with come of Vicki’s gluten free brownies that are to die for. Thank you Peter and Vicki. We highly recommend this property and its owners.
