Positive: Beautiful, modern house with comfortable furniture. Spacious, clean rooms. Good appliances. Nice fireplace, with enough wood to supply it. Beautiful view, with chances of seeing stags.
Negative: A bit more (bigger) pots and pans would be nice.
Summary: A perfect stay in a beautiful house. We didn‘t want to leave!

Negative: Midges which are out of the owners control. Would have been nice to be able to open windows, even with the heat off we got warm at night.
Summary: I highly recommend Stag Moor House for a visit to the beautiful isle of Skye!

Positive: What a gem. This house was stunning and exceeded our expectations. The inside was top notch from the fully kitchen to the bedrooms and the bathrooms. The laundry room was a plus. We loved everything about it. The location was perfect and the views breathtaking. Can’t wait to go back. Sean the owners was friendly and accommodating. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Portree. Positive: This spotless, private, magnificent new house came complete with state of art appliances & amazing panoramic valley & mountains views. Its excellent location provided a short drive to Portree & all the eastern Skye tourist sites as well as the back way into Dunvegan and the fantastic sites to the Northwest. It also had convenient access for nearby groceries & supplies. It has large, comfortably laid out living spaces both inside and out and provide all the comforts of home. Its excellent hosts communicated advance information and suggestions. Nicest place we stayed on our trip. Their perfect home provided a true Skye experience while avoiding the Portree madness.

Positive: The house is in a great location looking out at the beautiful Skye countryside. New construction, very comfortable interior, quick 5 minute drive into Portree.
Negative: There's still work being done on the exterior, so a handyman was around building something while we were there. He was perfectly friendly but it was still surprising for my friend to be woken up by a car pulling into the driveway.
