Positive: Location excellent /central. Breakfasts were excellent but huge portions.
Negative: There was nowhere to relax with a coffee/drink. The hotel was closed to public allday. Unless you were eating there was only your room tobe in. .

Positive: Nice welcome on arrival from owner.
Negative: No catering facilities at all on a Monday and little or no options within walking distance in the town. Wish I'd known before booking. Be aware if you have mobility concerns there is no lift . Very poor reception for TV, screen constantly froze. Bedside lights didn't work.

Negative: No hairdryer in room. Breakfast £15 but no menus and little choice other than fried breakfast or any bit of.

Positive: The property had nice decor and was very clean.
Negative: There was no restaurant or bar facilities available. The seagulls were very noisy outside. The mattress was not as comfortable as other places we have recently frequented.
Summary: Stay was Ok but not 9/10 more 7/10.
