Summary: Whoever decided to book the terrible cover band to play the pool deck until 10pm should be forced to try to sleep while that band absolutely butchers a puddle of mud song outside their bedroom window.

Summary: Beautiful hidden gem, just off of I-35. Property was beautiful, room was very clean, and the young lady at the office desk was super sweet! Just across the street from neat shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when in the area❤️

Summary: Bed great. Shower strong and hot. Pool clean even during Cricket season. Chairs and Chaises low but we are “vintage”. Loved noise machine. I grew up in the Fifties and enjoyed the decor and turquoise mosaic tile walk-in shower

Summary: The hotel room was very comfortable, clean and stylish.. the grounds were beautiful and I felt very safe. We will absolutely be back for a longer stay because this place is such a vibe.

Summary: I arrived around 1 pm hoping for an early check in. That was not available and they said they would text me when my room was ready. At 3 pm (check in time), I went inside the office just to make sure I was not forgotten. They assured me again that I would get a text. At 4:30, I walked back in the office and the room had been ready since 4 pm and I received not text! The rooms are really nice and the property is beautiful. The only thing missing is a reliable front desk worker and mini refrigerators in the room would be nice.

Summary: Really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this historic site. It was super clean, nice evening entertainment & comfortable beds. Only thing that was disappointing is no mini frig in our room (building 1 room 121) but our friends in 2 other rooms had them. requiring you to go all the way to the office building to get an ice bucket, no daytime bar/snack service at the pool during the day yet the website says seasonal service.

Summary: The was fine, but not luxurious. The grounds were well tended. The restaurant menu was ok, but we had expected a few more options based on the cost of the room and the fees they added. The dining tables for four are small and so are the chairs. The bed was good and pillows were fluffy. The property is hilly so you need to be able to walk up and down sloping driveways. Parking near our rooms was extremely limited and it forced us to walk those sloping paths.
