This five bedroom five and one half bathroom 3266 square foot pet friendly lakefront home with dock and WiFi has undeniable panoramic views! As you enter the foyer of the home you can turn left to the ½ bathroom and the first master bedroom with a very large ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, shower, jetted tub, and water closet. The master has a king bed, motorized window blinds, and beautiful lake views. If you go right from the foyer you enter into the open concept, great room, dining and kitchen area. The living room has vaulted whitewashed shiplap ceilings leather furniture and a large smart TV so be sure to bring your Netflix, etc passwords. There is the heating and air conditioning control on the wall for this level. The Kitchen has refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, propane stove, oven, warming drawer dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans for 14 people All the area has lake views with a large deck with 180 degree views of the lake. The deck has a sectional outdoor furniture, a large warming fire and a table set to enjoy those gorgeous lake days or nights. There is also a propane BBQ. Off of the living room there is the door to the garage that houses the washer and dryer. By the door is the steps that lead to the lower level. As the same as the upstairs every room has motorized window blinds. This level also has its own heating and air conditioner. To the left is another sitting area with smart tv and full bathroom. There is another bedroom with a queen bed. To The right is a room with and arcade game, pinball and full size bed bunkbeds and access to this level’s deck with lake views. Down the hall there is the second master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Yes access to the deck with lakeview as well. Down the hall on the left is another bedroom with twin bunk beds. If you continue down the hall there is another bathroom with shower. At the end of the hall is the last master bedroom with king bed with ensuite bathroom with tub/shower and access to the deck for those lakeviews. Off of the sitting room area is the door to the outside to the fenced area where there is horseshoes and the stairway down to the private dock. There is plenty of space for all to enjoy wonderful Lake Nacimiento

Summary: We have a home under construction inHeritage Ranch but wanted to get our family together for an end of the summer gathering. We had my husband and myself and three of our adult kids and their partners. There great thing for us was the master was upstairs and all the kids were downstairs. They played cards and stayed up later than we did but we never heard them. The kitchen is amazing, fully stocked and the outside deck was amazing. The views were unbelievable! The stairs going down to the dock were tough the first couple of days but after doing it a few times a day it got much easier in fact it was a great workout. We would definitely stay here again

Summary: This house is perfect for a large group. We have 6 adults and one child & it was great. It is well equipped and has beautiful views. The walk to the lake is quite a trek, but doable. The only negative is that the house could use a good deep cleaning.

Summary: We throughly enjoyed our stay at Stairway to Naci. There was a little issue with some kitchen pantry drawers not being wiped out but easily fixed. The house is wonderful for large groups, like ours. The views were incredible! The dock was great for us because we have a boat. Be prepared though, the stairs are a challenge. We made it into our daily exercise routine. :)

Summary: Beautiful, comfortable, clean home with epic lake view! Bedrooms are well decorated and cozy with numerous bathrooms. Large, open lake-view kitchen with attached family room makes hanging out super comfortable and fun. Facilities at Oak Shores are premium and you have to respect all the rules which allow for such nice amenities. The trek to the private dock is a bit treacherous but an excellent workout! Great home for a relaxing fun time on Lake Nacimiento!

Summary: Wonderful clean home with an amazing view of the lake. Kitchen was very well stocked and home is cozy. Nice big deck. Property manager was very responsive during our stay. The stairway down the hill to the dock is well made and long. We made lots of special memories during our stay. Thanks for sharing your home.
