Summary: Stalheim hotel is an amazing location with absolutely gorgeous views of the valley. The hotel staff was amazing as well. The bartender personally made me some mulled wine that he prepped from scratch on a particularly cold evening. Had an amazing experience that I won't soon forget.

Summary: Great view. Charming large lobby. Favorite destination for tour buses. Dingy carpet in hallways and room. Room smelled. Dated furniture. No TV. Lack of infrastructure investment shows. No personality or energy. Dull and boring.

Summary: Stalheim is an old school hotel with lots of interesting features. The grounds are beautiful and definitely worth checking out! It’s dated but part of its charm but some features could use updating.

Summary: Beautiful nature around the hotel but very isolated , and transportation is not easy , there is a bus station down the hill which is 15-20 min walk , fairly steep , and difficult to do with luggage .. Staff was helpful and took us back and forth to the bus station.
