Positive: It is hard to explain but my feelings were better than what you would expect for the size of the room and the equipment. The room is quite cozy in its way. I arrived very late after midnight due to a problem on a way but the host was still very kind and waited for me. It is quite place outside city centre which is easily accessible by car or bus.
Negative: No breakfast is provided unfortunately and I also did not fine any possibility to have breakfast in the neighbourhood. Shower is very simple and water was quite cold. The room is small and does not include lot of equipment.
Summary: Simple but fine for those who just need to spend a night. Without breakfast unfortunately.
