Positive: The staff were very friendly and understanding, especially the one who saw me parking my motorbike and directed me to a little equipment shelter so that I could keep the bike dry overnight. The apartment was very spacious for 1, and it was a short trip into the nearby village for dinner. The outdoor onsen was lovely and the bed extremely comfy.

Positive: the surroundings were extremely beautiful, we loved the river right next to the property as well as the stunning mountain views. the staff were incredibly friendly, the onsen is beautiful and you can even book a family onsen free of charge. the rooms were huge!
