Summary: We had a great time here. It’s close to Abingdon, Damascus, and the Creeper Trail. My wife went down and had a wonderful time kayaking on the water with her kayak. The kitchen had everything we needed and the Blackstone was a hit with the kids for multiple meals. Looking forward to returning!

Summary: Excellent overall. Power in the area went off, not the fault of the stargazer property. However, when power was restored, we were unable to locate the modem in order to restore Internet service. Not a major issue, but somewhat irritating. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay at stargazer, and would recommend it to others.

Summary: We loved our stay! We came in town for a wedding and stayed 4 adults and 2 kids and it was great. The game room was popular with the kids! The host was very responsive and helpful!

Summary: My husband and I and our six year old son enjoyed three nights at this beautiful lake view country home. The VA Creeper trail was just under a 15 minute drive to several of the trail parking lots. We also took a quick 35 minute drive to Bristol, TN to visit the Bristol caverns and to ride our bikes at Steele Creek State Park. We also drove to Hungry Mother State Park and did some awesome mountain biking around their lake. The views from the back porch are absolutely breathtaking. The house is very clean and has everything you could think of that you would need for a comfortable visit. Melissa, the owner, was easily accessible and gave us wonderful recommendations for our biking interests and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home. Highly recommend this home.

Summary: This was our second stay at the Stargazer. We really enjoyed the access to the river, our dog loved it. When the sky cleared at night, the name Stargazer was appropriate. We could see thousands of stars and the Milky Way. We hope to return soon.

Summary: We enjoyed our time at the Stargazer. It's an adorable, cozy A-frame. The location was beautiful, and the house was very clean. Our kids enjoyed the game room downstairs, and us adults enjoyed the deck.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed this cabin stay with our 5 grandsons. Plenty of sleeping room and a great basement for the kids to have their own space! The neighborhood was so peaceful and full of deer that we were able to see daily. We enjoyed riding the Virginia Creeper trail not a far drive from the cabin for renting bikes and the riding adventure. I’m sure our grandsons will choose to stay here again in a heartbeat! will
