Positive: Keyless entry,Perfect house rental for my self,husband, 3 daughters and son in laws. We were in town for my nephews wedding. The house was 17 mins from the venue. .Excellent commucation from Vacasa about house rental. House was spotless on our arrival. Kitchen very well appointed/ Great airconditioning,temps were about 98 degrees for our stay.
Negative: There was nothing I did not like about the house.
Summary: Perfect,beautiful house!

Positive: Great location. The accommodation, inside and out, was even better than the pictures, they really don't do this place justice. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was fresh and clean. A helpful touch were labels on all the light switches. And the complimentary bottle of local red wine was much appreciated! If you wish to buy dinner or breakfast supplies, milk, and so on, just a short drive away from the house is a well-stocked small grocery store (next to Carmela’s Pizzeria). There was some coffee and sugar in the kitchen, a box of quick cooking oatmeal and a partial box of Ezekiel cereal, which I’d heard about and was interested to try. We never ate inside—the back patio was great for morning breakfast and evening unwinding. The first night my husband and I watched a spectacular lightening and storm display, the second we had a serene night sky with a sliver of a moon, a bright Venus, and a myriad of stars. Great memories. Other guests who have stayed there have seen deer on the grounds but we were never outside at the right time for that. We rented this house because we were attending a wedding, it was just a 15-minute drive from the venue, and would accommodate our families. Having three full bathrooms was a lifesaver when the rest of our group arrived the next day much later than they expected, just an hour before we needed to leave for the wedding. Three immediately jumped in for a quick 5-minute shower while the others unpacked their wedding guest attire, then the other three took their turn to freshen up. We made the wedding with time to spare! I have marked the "Value" box down a notch as I feel the cleaning fee of $320.54 is excessive. That said, I'd happily stay here again, it is a fabulous place, and I wish we had chosen to stay more days, not just a quick in-for-the-wedding-then-out. You will not go wrong with this home. Highly, HIGHLY, recommended.
