Summary: Property was very clean and matched the pictures online. We were met at the station by Steve which was a nice surprise. Great location for walking to pubs and restaurants, close to station as well. Comfortable beds and quiet flat for our week stay. Would recommend.

Summary: Second time we stayed in this apartment and that’s because we really liked it last time. This year we had to request a fee things and Steve was always happy to help.

Summary: The apartment is great, with a lot of light, comfy beds, walking distance from center, own parking spot… Cat, Steve and the team were super nice and responsive. i would only mention as improvement to leave more plates/forks/etc: the apartment is listed for 6 but we had 4 of everything, it was solved fast but still it would be great to have a little extra rather than having to wash so often. I would defintely recommend to stay here.

Summary: The property representative was Very late in providing apartment reservation location and access information. Failed to respond to messages in a timely manner, making it very stressful for us travellers. Even VRBO customer service reps tried to communicate with them without luck. Property was changed to another location, which did not have ameneties we needed. It was on the 3rd floor, no lift, my husband is over 6'2" so needed a queen bed, property only had 2 double beds, only one shower, one bath. We had specifically requested and reserved a property with a lift, at least one queen bed, 2 showers. When we visited the Newbury business address on the communication we received to discuss the issues in person,the receptionist at the business address said there was no such business at the address they provided. We were disappointed at the lack of timely response before the trip, and disappointed at the change of our property reservation and lack of ameneties we specifically wanted. On a positive note, they did provide a generous "welcome" with food and fruit to start the holiday.

Summary: The flat had everything we needed, was clean, modern and light. The location is fantastic - within walking distance of Newbury’s pedestrian Main Street. Would highly recommend

Summary: Excellent location. The tavern next door was delicious and the bakery/restaurant nearby (Empire Cafe,) was amazing. The owner made us breakfast and cooked us a lovely roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings for dinner. She arranged for a cab to take us to Highclere Castle.
