Master shower with sliding door opens out to vineyard view. Enjoy indoor outdoor living year round in the expansive living and dining area which opens out to a lovely front courtyard with 150 year old olive trees and a dramatic back garden with sparkling swimming pool, hot tub and majestic vineyard views.
Top-of-the-line finishes include limestone flooring throughout both the interior and exterior of the home; stainless steel appliances in both the main kitchen and caterer's kitchen; and cedar ceilings in the open kitchen, living and dining rooms. Imagine relaxing poolside and fireside with family and friends after a leisurely day of wine tasting in the world-renowned Napa Valley.
Other features include: each bedroom with private hi definition television, living room with 85' hi definition flat screen television, media room with surround sound theatre, sound system through out the house.

House Rules
This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties. Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am. The pool is not fenced or covered, and is heated only between Memorial Day and Labor Day.--there will be an additional pool heating fee outside of the high season months.
