Positive: This accommodation was absolutely stunning! It was such a gorgeous and spacious apartment which had everything we needed - comfy beds, hot showers with the greatest showerheads, free fast wifi, a washing machine and dryer, relaxing couch with a TV that had many streaming options, and a huge kitchen. On the roof was a beautiful pool and incredible 360 views of Wollongong. The location was excellent. A very close walk to the main part of town, and many cafes and restaurants only steps away. The train station was just around the corner and the walk to the WIN Entertainment Centre was an easy one. We loved every single minute of staying here and have not stopped raving about it!!! Be sure to stay here for your next visit to Wollongong!

Positive: The contactless check in nearly went perfectly but the apartment door wouldn’t open. I started to get nervous about dealing with Kula via phone but they had a building manager on site who came up to sort us out and she was lovely! Things go wrong sometimes but it’s how they’re dealt with right? Couldn’t fault them and we really liked our apartment. It’s big. Clean. Modern. Comfy beds! Great kitchen which meant I could cook as was sick of dining out. Car parking was easy. The info in emails was very well written for the end user.
Negative: Wind made a terrible whistling noise through open bits of the common area near lift well. Didn’t keep us awake, but days of that would be annoying. I think we just had terrible weather!!!

Positive: Location good but nearby building site was noisy early on Saturday morning. This will increase as it raises and spoil some of the view. The apartment sheets towels beds bathrooms were all great for our family of 7.
