Positive: Excellent property. Great location. Check-in is all digital (including digital keys). They dropped off a baby crib right away, which included a new, sealed mattress. Honestly, this was better than a hotel.

Positive: The location was great, central to all attractions. Apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy. Great pool.
Negative: Aircon was not easy to adjust and there were no instructions. Although the apartment was clean tidy and fully functional. it could do with a little attention, but this did not affect our stay. Pool towels were not always available.

Positive: The apartment was really spacious and the location is great. Wifi works really well which was useful for working from both the apartment as well as the roof terrace/pool area. The pool is obviously the highlight of this property. It's 20ms long so you can have a proper swim. There are not too many sunbeds and it can get a bit crowded but at 8am we were the only people there. Response from the host is really quick and all instructions are clear. Great place to stay overall, we really enjoyed it.
Negative: The AC is very (very) loud which did not really bother us but could be annoying for some. The biggest problem here, and thats not the properties fault, are some of the guests. There were a couple of party groups in the building making a complete mess of the pool area. I think the property hosts called the police even at some point as these folks were not cool. But this is a Barcelona problem and difficult for any company to manage. The property has rules on behavior listed all across the building but some people can't read I guess.

Negative: The sound insulation is poor - you can hear all the neighbors and the checks and from the side as if they were in the room The administration is below any expectations: there are almost never any towels in the pool, common areas are not cleaned The most uncomfortable thing is that during our stay at the hotel in the next room they started major repairs: construction dust, the noise of the punch from 7 a.m. until late in the evening. The request for resettlement was answered that there are no places, but we will be compensated % of the days of stay and will be cleaned daily so that my 4 daughters could breathe clean air, but as soon as we left, the administration forgot about its promises A good place is spoiled by terrible staff. I travel with children 4-5 times a year, but this is the first time. I won't want to come here for the second time
