Summary: Can't say enough good about StayBridge in Florence, Ky. The facility is incredibly clean and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful in a most genuine way. We lingered for quite some time over coffee at breakfast, which was nicely done. Thank you for a great get away!

Summary: We've stayed at a lot of hotels and as a 4 children family it's really hard to find somewhere to stay that has room for everyone. This hotel was so roomy! We only stayed one night so we didn't use the cooktop or dishwasher but having a full size refrigerator with an ice maker was so handy! My kids loved the pool and the courtyard, they cannot wait to come back.

Summary: The property was clean and beautiful, and the staff great. There were a couple of issues with our stay, however, including a doorknob that was literally hanging off our bedroom door, and an exposed nail or staple in the carpet that two of the people in our party stepped on while exiting the bathroom.
