Summary: The TV has no signal we asked for help from the front desk promised us to send someone to fix it at 5:00 pm ended up nothing happened we asked for another another room since we haven’t touched anything in our room promised there is someone coming to fix the TV soon, then totally ignored the issue without apologizing.

Summary: Room was nice although iron and ironing board were removed. Only had decaf coffee in room and kitchenette had only one fork one knife but jacuzzi tub was great and king bed very comfortable.

Summary: Staff was friendly, I was not aware of the building being under Reno’s, chairs stacked in hallway outside our room, had a dumpster for a view out our window, and a homeless person throwing litter in the bush outside our window, and our T.V. Did not work. I mentioned the tv to the front desk staff on the Friday when we checked in but was not resolved

Summary: Enjoyed our one night stay. Clean room and very comfortable. Also enjoyed the 12 noon check out time. Didn't feel rushed to check out. Would stay again.

Summary: We liked the room, it was perfect for our group, unfortunately, we had to walk through construction to get to it. We had no idea they were under renovations. The social hour was disappointing, not sure if it was a bring your own nacho night because they had salsa, cheese, etc. but nothing to put it on! There was nothing to drink even though the website said 'Join us for complimentary food, beer, and wine at our happy hour'

Summary: Hotel is going through renos currently but didnt seem to impact things too much. Breakfast was on par with what you expect at a hotel breakfast. Room was very nice. Big. Kitchen came stocked with enough kitchen gear to make whatever food you were after. Beds were comfy.
