Summary: The hotel and the room was great. The service was great. The pool. Meh! Looked like a dirty bathtub and had way too much chlorine. So much that it burned your eyes while sitting around the pool. The door into the pool was propped open when we arrived to allow ventilation and the door to the outside was broken so you could not get air flow, but also a safety hazard. The pool has potential as it is geared to families with a splash pad and a wave blaster. But they need to get someone in to make the pool a top tier pool.

Summary: Great stay. Excellent for families. The kitchen in the room is a great touch, there was pool and splash pad for little ones. Location is great for st Jacob market, trails and other shops. The staff was very nice and accommodating!

Summary: The Staybridge Suites upgraded us to a two bedroom suite which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We were pleased to find gluten free options available for the included breakfast. Unfortunately the pool was unavailable to use as it was under maintenance. Otherwise this would have been a five star review. We would stay here again. there is lots to do in the area including the Farmer’s Market and the Schoolhouse Theatre.
