Positive: Being greeted was good
Negative: Getting used to using the Fob. But did make things secure. I had to clean when I got there. Noticable fingers marks on all cupboard doors,fridge,light switches. Milk spilt in Microwave not cleaned,Yuk! Bath not clean sand in bottom.
Summary: Was definitely not impressed with the lack of clean. I Had to wipe most surfaces of finger marks

Positive: Location is great. Everything is clean. View is super. Employees are nice and helpful.
Negative: Did not quite like the layout of the apartment. Bathroom is not close to bedroom. Bedroom, kitchen and livingroom a bit small, while there is an empty space next to the livingroom.
