Positive: Friendly staff, bus transfers were easy (we had 9 and a wheelchair user- wonderful accommodations and no problem getting on/off bus to Disney). Pool area was wonderful. Villa was clean and spacious.
Negative: Getting used to the key cards to turn on/off lights was interesting.

Positive: Property has good facilities (arcade, pool, Starbucks), nice layout, great variety at breakfast
Negative: Only stopped the night - Upgraded from an apartment to a villa which was great but for the villas we were told we had to wait an extra hour for check in and had little kids. Once we got the key, the room wasn’t exceptionally clean. Fresh ketchup stains on bin, stains on some of the bedding, no shower curtain but overall not too bad.

Positive: Clean, friendly and comfortable. The breakfast was more than expected and the staff went out of their way. Shuttle to Disney and the train to Paris is the same. Always on time and convenient.

Positive: Perfect 5 bed villa with lots of space, reception arranged for us to have our 2 villas next to each other so the 22 cub scouts (children aged 8 - 10) could be together. Lots of space for them all. Big bedrooms all ensuites, beautifully clean, outside space, We arrived from the UK at 1:30 am and the reception staff could not have been more helpful and had the villa arranged so the children could go straight to bed. Bus in the morning to the parks easy and in the evening allowed the younger cubs to go back earlier. An amazing stay - thank you to everyone at staycity - we will be back!
Negative: The kitchen area is small if you want to cook an evening meal for 16
